On April 28, 2023, police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service crews responded at about 2 a.m. to the intersection of Wightman Road and Aspenwood Lane in Gaithersburg after receiving a report of a two-vehicle collision, the statement said. Detectives discovered following an investigation that McFadden Baldwin was allegedly traveling at least 70 mph in a 35 mph zone, according to police.
