Four Metro Red Line stations—Glenmont, Wheaton, Forest Glen and Silver Spring–that were closed this summer reopened Sunday. The Takoma Park station, which also had been closed, reopened in late June. Montgomery County to hold annual ‘Friendship Picnic’
