Eris is a native Washingtonian, having grown up in Potomac, Maryland, and graduating from Thomas S. Wootton High School. She’s very familiar with the entire region having lived in Virginia: Reston, where her daughter was born, and in McLean; as well as Maryland, having resided in Olney, Silver Spring, and Gaithersburg.
Real estate is in her family’s blood, on both her and her husband’s sides. Her in-laws founded and owned the recognized firm of Legum and Norman, and her stepmother is also a Real Estate Agent. This strong family history in real estate, and her desire to ensure her clients are treated like family see Eris putting her client first, keeping them informed every step of the way, and working diligently on their behalf to ensure the home buying or selling process is streamlined and smooth. Eris loves working with first-time homebuyers, empty-nesters, and everyone in between.
Eris and her husband, John, own a local business, Norman’s Farm Market. For over 30 years, they’ve served the DC Metro Area by growing produce at their 60-acre farm in Woodbine, Maryland in Howard County.
Eris and her husband are raising their two children in Potomac. Their oldest is at Tulane University in New Orleans, studying psychology. The younger child will be attending Oberlin College in Ohio, playing baseball.
