Q: What brings you the most satisfaction in your work?
A: Great satisfaction comes from being able to work in the industry that I love every day. The long-lasting relationships that have resulted through trust have led to recurring referrals, repeat business and multigenerational life-long connections. I also find great joy in having a good work-life balance, making it my priority to spend quality time with the people I love, especially my son, James.
