One attraction of Indian cuisine is the long tradition of strictly vegetarian recipes. I hope Lotus will have a separate menu and kitchen equipment for vegetarian recipes.

Considering the number of nursing/retirement projects in the works (Marriott property in Bethesda, 2 in Kensington a quarter mile from each other), it doesn’t seem like the county is interested in attracting a young workforce.
